Photo & Media Authorization Policy
Clinical photographs and videos may be taken for medical documentation purposes and will become part of your confidential medical record protected under HIPAA.
Identifiable photos or videos will never be used for marketing, social media, advertising, or promotional materials without your written authorization.
If you authorize marketing use:
You may request partial facial concealment
You may revoke authorization in writing at any time
Declining authorization will not affect your medical care.
